Contractor or intermediary?With click around TOURS, you as a tourism organization can decide for yourself whether you act as a contractor for groups or merely as an intermediary between groups and tour guides - individually for every single order. Further communication with the group and correct invoicing are based on this.
Can tour guides actively use the system?Yes, the tour guides not only have their own password-protected access to view their own data and the tours allocated to them, but can also actively participate by managing their free capacities to the minute. In addition, the tour guides can settle their fees with the tourism organization or (if requested) directly with the group.
Can tickets be sold online?At your request, online ticket sales can be set up on your website directly via click around TOURS. In this case, customers can book tickets for public guided tours online via the system and pay using various payment options - billing is then carried out directly with you via an external payment service provider. The system also has a bidirectional interface to the Ticket Regional ticket system. This enables tickets to be sold at all connected advance sales points as well as online and via the telephone hotline. Billing is then handled by Ticket Regional. The Ticket Regional shop tailored to your range of public guided tours can also be integrated into your website.
Is it possible to export invoice data according to Datev standard?click around TOURS has two export functions: On the one hand, all relevant booking or invoice data (including PDF invoice document) can be provided via a Datev-compliant export. Secondly, the system offers the option of exporting the customer master data recorded in it.
Can additional services and items also be booked separately in the system?Yes, the additional services and items can be booked either in addition to a guided tour or completely separately. The management of the additional services and items is done independently, i.e. it is not linked to the management of the guided tours.
How are tour guides billed?Different agency commissions can be stored in the system for each type of guided tour, to which the tourism organization is entitled for its intermediary activities. The tourism organization can settle these commissions with the tour guides individually or on a regular basis directly via the system.
How do requests enter the system and how are these requests processed?click around TOURS has an inquiry form that is easy to integrate into your website and can be adapted to the each type of guided tour. All inquiries submitted via this form end up in a separate section of the system and can be converted directly into bookings or offers from there.
How flexible is communication with customers?You can adapt the texts you need for communication with customers to your individual requirements at any time. This applies not only to the content of guided tours or services, but also to introductory and closing texts for confirmations, invoices, and much more.
How international is click around TOURS?The languages German, English, French, and Dutch are already integrated in click around TOURS for communication with customers.
